Our Assisted Living services provide three fresh meals daily, snacks, engaging activities, and 24/7 support from a dedicated caregiver. Residents enjoy medication management and reminders, offering peace of mind for them and their families.
We offer weekly housekeeping, linen, and laundry services, plus bi-monthly lawn care to keep the environment inviting. Residents enjoy private rooms or suites with outdoor living spaces, and visiting family can bring pets.
Assisted Living costs $5,250/month plus a one-time $2,500 community fee. This package ensures comfort, safety, and a homely atmosphere.
Independent Living
Our community provides spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments with private fenced outdoor areas and all-inclusive utilities. Each unit includes a 65" hardwired TV in the living room and hookups for a refrigerator and stackable washer/dryer (appliances not included).
Residents benefit from bi-monthly lawn service for well-kept outdoor spaces. A $500 non-refundable deposit applies to approved pets under 25 pounds. Additional occupants incur a $325 monthly fee.
A one-time, non-refundable $2,500 community fee applies. Monthly rates are $4,500 for a one-bedroom and $4,995 for a two-bedroom, providing comfortable, private living in a supportive environment.
Optional Services For Independent Living
A $295 monthly fee includes three daily freshly prepared meals, delivering nutrition and comfort in a homelike setting. Daily check-ins ensure safety and well-being.
Weekly linen service, laundry, and light housekeeping ensure a clean, comfortable living space without extra stress for residents.
A dedicated staff attendant is available 24/7 in the Assisted Living Cottage, providing constant support and peace of mind for residents and their families.
